Database Extension ( Unable to locate)

Sorry for my bad english Skills. But I will try it

3 days work with my best friend Google and I can not find anythink for my problem. Maybe you can help me better.

So thats my Problem:

What I have done:

• SQL has external access rights
• The database  is registered in "extdb-conf.ini"
• The extDB Test pack say, there all liberies on the OS.

What is the problem:

• The Exile Server does not find the extDB2 extension.
• The  Exile Server can not connect to the Database (I think so )
• The Exile Server do not create a log....
• I can not find tdd.dll in my files

What are my questions to you and the Exile community:

• What are the extDB2 extension really (extDB2.dll?)
• Where the extension need to go ? (In the @ExileServer folder???)

So I know there are much more same problems in the Forum. But that can not help me.

My OS:

Linux Debian 7

Start param.:

./arma3server -config=config.cfg -mod=@exile -servermod=@exileserver -autoinit

I hope you can help me

Thanks for the replie. But the Problem is still there. Can you write me a Start parm. ?

I have install the extdb2 in the Home Arma file.  And edit my Start parm.

./arma3server -config=config.cfg -mod=@exile -mod=@extDB2 -servermod=@exileserver -autoinit

Your config.cfg should be in your @ExileServer folder, that's one of your problems that I see; unless it works for you. Secondly go ahead and re-download the ExileServer of which you have, then open @ExileServer and Drag the extdb.dll to that folder, It should look like this; http://prntscr.com/9u82qj

Sadly if you're on Linux I can't help you; so just try that and hope it works.

Can you connect to your database through any software like Navicat, or HeidiSQL ?

Is it hosted server(with who) or  is it on your PC?

I can connect this Navicat. And the server is hosted by me with Linux Dedian 7 as OS

How are you still having problems and running a linux server..............

Did you check for server rpt errors / extDB2 log files errors  ???
Did you actually grab the linux versions of extDB2 i linked you ??? 
Did you follow the general wiki for installing extDB2 i.e did you install tbbmalloc 32bit

ldd /path/to/extDB2.so  will tell you if you are missing anything required


Did you check extDB2 requirements were it says Debian 8+  (i am guessing not)
If you search on the forums people have it working on Debian 7  but its not supported at all

Hi i had the same problem yesterday.

My falt was i lowercase the most of my files on the Linux Server and that was my failure.

Rename the file from extdb2.so to extDB2.so and it works!
