VEHICLE SELLING PRICES

It used to be that when you sell a car you find or whatever, you sold it for half of the buying price. But now when you sell a vehicle you find or earn from a mission, its a fraction of what the buying price is. And now that you have raised the vehicle prices sky high, it is completely messed up that when you sell a 43000 dollar vehicle you only get 3500 for it. Please fix this because it is ruining the money system.

just change this in your mission config

class CfgTrading
{
 /*
 * This factor defines the difference between sales/purchase price of
 * items and vehicles. It is used if there is no sales price defined
 * in CfgExileArsenal.
 */
 sellPriceFactor = 0.5;
};

you can now set individual selling prices per item in the trade prices

You have to see the big picture also. The more objects, the worse Arma performs. Before the update we hade TONS of vehicles on the map because when they are damaged people simply buy new ones because of to much money.

As said: Every server can adjust their prices

did not know that it was the server owner that changed the vehicle prices. but for those servers that have high vehicle prices and then people destroy vehicles all the time it makes it much harder to keep a vehicle

It is a GAME. You need things to be hard. If everybody can have 1000 striders a strider is nothing to be happy about isn't it?

i never said getting vehicles could not be hard and rewarding, but if you do that you should make the selling price have the buying price and also you should make it so it is much hardder to blow up vehicles or you should lose respect or something
