[SOLVED] Guy spawned a lot of money

These guys bypassed infistar and awarded themselves 500k poptabs and 200k rep points. Woke up and noticed that they had been in the server for less than 3 hours, and all 4 of them had 500k + poptabs. There was no infistar logs showing they awarded themselves money and rep. Players in the server came into my Teamspeak and began commenting on their actions. 

@infiSTAR, I mentioned previously the issues with infistar logging and how it doesn't always show what a player or admin is doing in the activity logs. This is a case in point, there was no proof (other than NO one can make that amount of money or respect in 3 hours, let alone 4 people) And yes, I check the update for infistar 3 times a day and always use the latest one.

I doubt it was a glitch or bug.. I'd be MORE than surprised if it was. I'm more than confident they bypassed infistar check and were able to give themselves money/rep. If it had just been money, then it could've been a bug/glitch.. but the fact that they also gained rep .. all 4 of them were exactly the same amount, even after purchasing 2 attack choppers. It was suspicious at best, better to ban them and suffer the backlash from it. If it was a bug/glitch, then they exploited it and deserved the ban either way

I banned these two from my server for duping, they were forcing disconnects and duping their backpack contents they had made 500K in 10 mins each. Ban them and be free of their idiocy.

I just had a player tell me they could sell over 100 ACO scopes from a Strider when they only had 2, there made the same amount of cash in 10 minutes. I will be removing their money shortly via the DB

The guy didn't hack he hack sold very fast items / it  was just an bug  

You sure you have a proper setVariable and scripts.txt? Then it was a bug and not a hack  well more like an exploit

I just had one of these same guys come on my server and use exploits/cheating. I think they did the same thing you mentioned because the guy joined, and within 3 hours he duped a bunch of items and sold them to boost his respect and money, then bought a drone and was going around causing grief.

I confirmed this by looking in the ExtDB logs and seeing one purchase of a Special Purpose Helmet, and then he sold it 10times within a few minutes.

I did a Google search for his UID and found this post. Here's his info, I advise anyone reading this with a server to ban him:

I ban few of them every day. Nothing can be done to stop duping really.

Look through your RPT, make sure on load you don't get the warning from EXILE about items which cause dupe bugs, remove the items from traders and loot files (if you added them) some attachments cause a really odd bug where, when sold from a vehicle, create 100s of the same items in the vehicle which can be constantly sold. This is usually how they did it so it is up to the server owner to make sure dupe bugged items are removed before going public
