Exile "No task force radio deployed on server"

Everytime when I try to spawn, I only get this message: "no task force radio deployed on server" and TFAR won't work after that.

Sounds like you answered your own question:  "no task force radio deployed on server"

It's not running on the server!

This mod does not come with Exile either.
