Car/Chopper Bug after the Restart

Hello Guys, i have a little Problem after the restart, my car is sleeping

Here my German Post, the User´s in the German Forum have the same Problem but no one have a fix for that, can anyone help me and the Users to fix the Problem?

We had the same issue and my other dev found a fix. im not sure what it was but he said something about how and when everything spawns.. We fixed it so nothing blows up in bases or on top..Something about how things spawn and in what orientation i guess.
