We are currently working on a handcuff functionality that will integrate with the bounty system. Facing the decision if a player should be able to break free autonomously, we came up with the idea that you guys could decide. Please do so :)

No special item, the break free part should be entirely by chance becoming more frequent the more damaged/used the handcuffs get.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as we cannot add "attributes" to items in Arma :(

The damage of the handcuffs can easily be realised by the ammo count..

Since the handcuffs are magazines, they could hold for example 10 "rounds" for 100%, 5 for 50% and so on.

Same goes for any other rp item in the game

Yes, but only if they have a pills case!

If player is handcuffed then must wait X-amount of time before able to attempt to break free. (X-amount of time is up) [Example, Push Q and E repetitively] 

No item needed to break out (Will be forgotten by most players and if you make it so players can be accessed then item becomes pointless even more.)

Should handcuffed players be able to commit suicide? No....because players WILL abuse it and then there be no point for handcuffs

and yes handcuffed players should stay handcuffed if they log out with extended time for penalty

LogoutPenalty = 5  // the amount of time added to TimeToWait if user logs or forcelogs
