Error when players Join server

hey,

I have Server up and running, someone tried to join my Server and gets disconnected 

This is what showed up on my Server Log file

16:10:20 BEServer::finishDestroyPlayer(78036780): users.get failed
16:10:20 NetServer: cannot find channel #78036780, users.card=1
16:10:20 Message not sent - error 0, message ID = ffffffff, to 78036780 (<no>)

could someone pls help me fix this or tell what the issue is with that i will also link my full Server log below

And what did Google tell you?  Unlike you, I did Google the error messages and found out what was going on.

If you can not even be bothered to put forth any amount of decent and real effort in resolving this, why should I just give you the answer?
