switch (_result select 0) do
{
case 0:
{
(format>
 8:57:58   Error position: <_result select 0) do
{
case 0:
{
(format>
 8:57:58 Error Undefined variable in expression: _result
 8:57:58 File exile_server\code\ExileServer_system_database_query_selectFull.sqf, line 16
 8:57:58 Error in expression <uery_selectFull;
_numberOfClans = count _clanIDs;
if (_numberOfClans > 0) then
>
 8:57:58   Error position: <_clanIDs;
if (_numberOfClans > 0) then

This is the usual error when your server is not connecting to database.
Check your extdb-conf.ini.

In case you are not using this, here it is:

You have done what?

Checked your extdb-conf.ini or used installation guide?

@IGS Apex -

USUALLY, the 'instant' restart is TYPICALLY the mission.sqm being crap.

I would HIGHLY recommend you read the tutorials on here on how to setup a server.

You have MULTIPLE issues:  The DB as pointed out by @Brenner and now the 'rebooting of the server' which 99% of the time means your mission file is 'bad'

@IGS Apex,

There are MANY things that can cause ARMA to crash.  The BEST THING FOR YOU is to lookup the 'How To Install' manuals on here and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.

But then again, I have ALREADY TOLD YOU THIS and it APPEARS you are REJECTING that sound advice.

Because if you FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, it would NOT be crashing!

You have screwed up and NOBODY knows what you have or have not done.

Last time:

#1 - Remove all Exile stuff and any other mods

#2 - Delete you current DB and make a NEW ONE

#3 - Read and FOLLOW an install manual

Doing the above WILL PRODUCE A WORKING EXILE SERVER.  MODIFYING ANY ONE STEP could cause it to fail.

Also NEVER EVER add mods to an UNKNOWN Exile serverTest it COMPLETELY with Exile being DEFAULTThen add ONE MOD, test COMPLETELY, then repeat.

Making a BACK-UP AT EVERY STAGE!

:)

Well without your help I found the problem. It was with infiSTAR_Exile, I didnt have my IP to the server whitelisted. Finally found it in my rpt log.

@IGS Apex -

Not quite true in your statement.  If you have multiple things loading and it crashes, you MUST remove one item at a time.  Thus why I said to 'start at the beginning'.

The advice I gave is sound and solid.  It is general advice, as no one 'here' see what is actually happening but you, thus the 'general' advice.  It is advice you REALLY need to follow.  The backing up before any changes are made as well as after changes probably the most important point.

I am glad that you did get it fixed though!  :)

And if you had followed my advice, you would have noticed that your server was working UNTIL InfiSTAR was installed, showing EXACTLY where the problem was, in this case InfiSTAR.

Following my advice WOULD HAVE shown you where the error lie.

As a note too, you DID HAVE OTHER MODS running - InfiSTAR.  InfiSTAR IS a mod!

Regardless, I am glad it is working for you now!

:)
