Need help

I got a random ban from the infistar, the admins are saying: "you run a cheat on the SpearHead exile server", but i never played on this server. Any of you guys have the contact of the SpearHead server admins?

I am 99,9% sure, you OR SOMEONE YOU ALLOWED TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT, AT ONE TIME,  played on this server/server group with some sort of cheat and got BANNED.

YOU must talk to the owners and if it is a GLOBAL ban, then talk to InfiSTAR.

In all the years I have seen and used InfiSTAR, I have NEVER seen nor heard of a 'false' charge of cheating, thus the '99.9%' comment.

 

NO ONE here on this site can do ANYTHING for you outside of what I have just done.  WE (people on this server) do not control those servers nor InfiSTAR.
