Can not click away error message

have the following problem and I would like to set up an Arma 3 Taviana server. I get the following error message but can not click away, what am I doing wrong? Or maybe you can tell me how I get this error away.

Running a public Arma 3 server on Taviana is not permitted by the map creator Martin Bauer due to Taviana being used solely for his own game Taviana The Origins

@[SF] Lord1385 - What @MGTDB has stated is TRUE.  This map has been pulled from Steam I do not know how many times.  So count your blessing that you have it.

I would not 'advertise' to the world that you are a criminal.  What are doing is a violation of USA and EU laws...

Has done anyway, have now run on the server Australia.
