Arma 3 server help please.

3 weeks of googling, installing new OS, fighting with router from my ISP. 

I am just beat, trying to get my server to show up in the server list. 

I don't even know what questions to ask anymore, I just want a new set of eyes to look this over, can someone please use teamviewer to look at my settings as to why portforwarding, parameters or what in the world is wrong with my setup that I can not share this on the internet for my friends to connect to.

I have a teamspeak if you would be interested..

Server IP:Steam Query Port 
It can take upto 30 minutes for a server to appear once added on this page and requires a launcher restart!
This has to be the STEAM QUERY PORT (Game port + 1)
