Help With Napf

Okay on the loading screen it's showing Napf but when spawn into my server it's Tanoa? 

 

and when i get into the server Bikes are floating? 

 

and Lastly i'm getting this Msg on loading as well and shouldn't it say an actual Authors Name? Instead of Unknown Author?

Alright so i Put Napf in the "Mod" section of the command line instead of the "ServerMod" Section and i'm still getting the same results?
