R3F + Fox Survival

Added the items to the config of R3F.. Cars can be towed, Trucks can tow, both can carry cargo.. But seems as only the cargo function works, as I cannot get them to tow or be towed with themselves or other vehicles on the server? Anyone know why this may be? Previously added items such as HVP and stock exile/arma items work fine?

I have no problems at all with R3F and Fox.. never added to R3F
