Looking for a teacher

I'm looking for someone who can teach me how to make missions for my server. I really want to make armored missions that can spawn on my dedi server, but i have no clue how. I know i could google surf, but i'd rather learn from someone who knows what they are doing. I'd pay hourly... probably 10$ an hour, or just a lump-sum for the service.. depends on how long it would take.
