Server already exists

I've just recently rented a server for Arma3 Exile and tried to sign up for the XM8 app however it says that the server already exists.

How do i go about getting this sorted so that i can get my server registered.

Chill, it is holiday season. Not many people browse the forums from the beaches

Our system prevents double-registering servers from the save IP/port. If you are using shared hosting and someone else had the IP/port of your server before, you will not be able to register your server as it is already registered for another user.

If you can prove that you are the owner of the server running under the respective IP/port I can remove the existing registration so you can register it again under your account. But I really need to have a proof that you are the new owner as I do not want to just throw away servers of other users.
