[SOLVED] You were kicked off game??

Hey i was kicked off the game and my ban reason is 14.04.2017 19:13:29: [EXILE] James Ryan(76561198374373159 - 13 GLOBAL BAN: $goes around servers and injects RE ??????????? This is a brand new account with 1minute played??? How and why was i banned? How to fix? Thnx I emailed u btw @infiSTAR if you'd like to email me back when u get the chance.

the reason states here Global Ban which in return means no more arma for you.

you did say that its a new account  dont mean the ip hasnt changed, so you must of been banned before, or you are using something that you shouldnt which battleye dont like so battleye bans you

i dont believe this is an infistar ban, sometimes a server can ban a client so that server can unban that player but when a global ban is in place thats a battleye ban which is a very hard ban to be uplifted.

Yeah it's a brand new account but you're still the same person who got banned for cheating so the ban was done to the new account as well

I'm not cheating anymore... How did u ban me then? That's just unfair since i never hacked on this account and the EULA treats every account as a new person, like with many games are forced too by law. I changed my ip and reinstalled arma 3 but u still ban me? I deleted my whole arma and hacks but u still ban me instantly? No proof i was hacking on this account?
