Safezone/Trader Problem

Hi all i'm doing a mission.sqm on Tanoa, i'm running in to a little problem, when i add spawn towns, traders etc, my Arma crashes in editor when loading map with ACCESS_VIOLATION orif i check rpt log i get Wrong color format, anyone have any ideas why? try using malloc system instead of ttb4 or what ever it uses.

Also your mission.sqm format is all wrong

your item# was wrong, you had entity twice so the closing brackets were different.

and your next ID#s also did not match what they should have been.

The memory could not be written, ive not seen that before. what mods do you have enabled along with eden?

Also make sure your

C:\Users\username\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\username\mpmissions folders have write access and not read only.

check your physical ram and make sure there is not a problem there. finally verify arma 3 files.

Well it even crashes on a clean mission file from the pbo, i've verified arma and says all files are there, and i only had exilemod loaded, ive check ram and updated drivers etc and still does it

Hello AshleyIn1080p,

Memory errors can be caused by MANY things.  Hardware issues or software issues.  Try using the 32 bit of the exe.  These memory errors were (and appear to be) an issue with ARMA.  I would get them ever now and then.

 

If you are using DEFAULT launcher settings with DEFAULT ARMA and DEFAULT Exile, this should not be happening.  If so, to me, this would indicate an issue with an OS or hardware issue.  The OS issues could be caused by old drivers, a virus/malware, or no/too small swap file.  Hardware could be not enough physical memory or flaky RAM.
