spwaning in and not being able too slect a spawn

so when i get into my server i see "infiSTAR.de successfully loaded" and my camera is stuck looking at a hill and i cant select a spawn screen and pressing escape does nothing

did you add the infistar logs tables to the mysql db? if not then your server is stuck because of that.

If you did add the tables. then check your extdb logs for the error.

where can i add them at?

you need access to add to your db, if your renting a game server from your host, they need to provide you with access to your db via phpmyadmin or something like that.

the infistar sql to add is located in the folder that came with infistar called db_related_changes

then open

exile_db_changes.sql file and you will see the section

/* FOR "USE_LOG_TO_DATABASE" YOU NEED TO RUN THIS QUERY: */

only add that section unless your also using a whitelisted server.

Im assuming you already added the info to the INI.

i have phpmyadmin now how would i add the file to the database?

click on your database , then at the tol click SQL tab

in the white box, paste the infistar code provided within the sql file.

sorry if i seem to not know what im doing its just that im not really familiar with useing the database but when i pasted the code in the sql tab i got this error

so on the left you will see your db, in this screenshot it is called test.  you click the actual db name

then at the top it will read something like

then click sql, paste the code, then hit GO

idk, what does it say at the top, does it say Database: dbname ?
