Is it possible to port the DayZ Prison island to Arma 3 Chernarus winter ?

I haven't played DayZ SA (yes, you can mock me) but I was under the impression it was a standalone island, as in a new piece of land on Chernarus+?

Surely that's impractical to create in the editor?  (although I have seen your underground bunker at the NWAF so anything is possible, right?)

I already made this suggestion in another thread, I didnt know of a way to spawn land or island in the game via the editor? is there another way to do this? I dont think the actual prison buildig is available in A3 or CUP?
