just random stuff people dropped random no code vehicles that were spawned in just anything laying around stuff left from building etc

all non Persistent vehicles get respawned at server restart requardless if someone has used them or not

Stuff that is dropped on the ground will also 'disappear', usually before a reboot.

I suggest you start a private server and test OR go to an established server as a player and 'dump' stuff around and see if your item(s) in question remain.

As Hogan stated, on a DEFAULT Exile server, these vehicles will go 'bye-bye' at restart.
