Server keeps spawing in ground please help

Hey how's it going my server keeps spawning all players in ground with this error can anyone help me out?

There's a problem with your database. It's not accessible, not running or you have the wrong username/password for it. Post your server RPT and database log in a Pastebin link.

Hello Moto,

 

As Zed stated, 99% of the time it is a DB issue.  I forgot which directory, there is a log for the DB, consult that.  Also, you can try connecting manually with some sort of DB admin program.  Since I use MySQL, I use 'MySQLWorkbench' to connect/test with.

 

If that works, then you have a setting in your Exile stuff set wrong.

 

But, it IS a DB issue!

See line 1097 of your server RPT. You have a problem with ZCP. Not sure if that'll affect the server loading, but it might.
