Looking for a host better than Vilayer

I am in need of looking for a new hoster, Vilayer has screwed me overwaiting nearly a week for a ticket response for my broken server they sold me. (yes I know, sadly I did not get to break it myself) I need a GOOD hoster and recommendations that have a nice selection of mods and won't break within the first hour of starting up. It's all appreciated as I'm pulling my money back from Vilayer. Please be reasonably priced thank you. (fyi the server has been broken since the 15th of when I bought it...)

abc gameserver support more than present (less than 10min answer) cheap and really good

I use Kimsufi.com AKA OVH BHS datacenter Model KS-4BCore i5-3570s for 22 USD a month x4 1 is my database and 3 are servers which can handle 60 players then I have an account with Joesdatacenter.com for a i7-4790K for 50 a month hosted out of Kansas City [note email them and they will probably have one available]

We use GTX for one of our servers, no complaints.

But most of ours are Gaming Deluxe, very good and quick to respond to tickets
