Change teritory owner (CPU upgraded/UID changed)

i own a base with a lvl 3 flag, now i changed my computer cpu and i'm no more the owner of my teritory

how to channge owner please ???

Your territory (as all other things ingame)  is restricted to your steam id which always is the same no matter what hardware you change.

if it's your server: go to the database and doublecheck. If it's not your server: talk to the owner.

ah ok, yep it's a private server so i need to talk to the server owner, thanks for the reply
