Getting LOW FPS on every server running EXILE

Question

So my problem is that I'm getting LOW fps on every single Exile server. Other mods like Epoch or Wasteland work fine around 50 fps, but whenever I'm playing on Exile servers I'm getting only 20, even 15 in cities for exemple. I'm playing on multiple servers, most of them having low ping, around 50.. So I assume ping wouldn't be a problem. Even played on less populated servers thinking that maybe the big number of players might affect my fps. Still getting only 20 on 10 players servers. What am I supposed to do?

My PC specs:

AMD FX 6300 6 cores at 3.5ghz

Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 ti OC Edition.

4gigs RAM (I know, shitty)

I know my PC is not that good, but like I said, its good enough to run at 50 fps on other servers that are not Exile.

Any fix to my problem would be awesome! Thanks for reading.

I think your problem may be the 4GB of RAM tbh. ARMA 3 needs 2GB minimum (4GB recommended) to run and on top of that if you add what you need for your OS your not leaving much left.

Open up task manager and see how much RAM ARMA 3 is using while your playing.

Exile could be needing more ram then other mods is all and with so little ram (seriously 4GB?!?) you may just be noticing it much more then others.

I'm already aware of this problem and I plan on upgrading. Other than RAM, you think my CPU is too weak? I mean I know its AMD but 6 cores are 6 cores. Its not like I'm playing on dual core or anything...

Your CPU is well above the recommended CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 940), almost twice as good, so should not be the problem at all providing you don't have anything else eating your CPUs performance.

If you dont have a SSD you could try defrag your HDD.

I went from an 8 core AMD CPU to a 4 core Intel CPU and saw my FPS double.

Next upgrade i do will be from AMD FX-8370 4GHz to a Intel I7 for sure. Nothing but regretted going AMD since i got it.

Arma 3 and games like Planetside 2 are extremly CPU bound.

Usually these games have in common, that they can't utilize more than 2-4 Cores to full effect.

AMD's single core performance is lower by core than Intel's.

This causes these games to run much better with Intel CPU's (even tough AMDs total cpu power over 8 cores might be almost equal to Intels 4 Cores).

This is also the reason for Arma 3 to scale extremly well with overclocking.

If you have a potent Air-cooling solution most Intel K Cpus can be overclocked by several 100Mhz.

As long it's for gaming only a I5 is sufficient and much cheaper. For example the 6600k. I7s Hyperthreading even slows down games that are not utilized  for it.

Benchmarks for reference (sorry couldn't find a english one with game benches.
