Trouble connecting to my server

After multiple server reinstalls, wipes and mission files, I still cannot connect to my Tanoa server.

 

I have:

* Updated Client and Server to APEX Build
* Mission File kind of load and but still says connecting failed
* Change Exile.Tanoa in the Config
 

Notes:
* Server for some reason doesnt display [DEV] tags in the server list like most of them
* This occurs in the ArmA 3 mod launcher while searching for my server 
* Im not sure how since when I update to Apex through my server host, it uses the steam update so it all should be configured.

 

RPT Logs: [RPT Seems to look rather normal, server is initialising so it my be a problem on my side, still doesnt explain why the server does not display [DEV] Tags,
