in eden you open the debug console, paste that into the window and execute local

then close the debug console, it should show the items on the map now, Just note, that i found not all items had the proper rotation, elevation, this is all due to how arma 3/exile translates the data.

the other way which i have not tried is to place the sqf file in your folder

Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\username\mpmissions\Exile.Chernarus\

lets say you name the file Starysober.sqf

and inside that file you have the code from http://pastebin.com/X1YykPsM

then in eden, open the debug console, type in [] ExecVM "Starysober.sqf' and execute local. 

I would suggest looking over https://foxhound.international/arma-3-eden-scripting.html which helps in using eden scripts.
