[Fixed] Players cannot use inventory actions such as drinking and eating

Today my players were suddenly unable to interact with items in their inventory. This includes being able to eat and drink! I need help fast.

I did an entire server revert back to before this issue was happening, including reverting all server files yet this is still a problem. Restarting the server also did not help

There's really nothing in what you've told us that could even begin to allow someone to help you. Maybe post your RPT log for the first 15 minutes after you've restarted your server?
