Safe without territory

I want to be able to put a Safe without create a territory. How ?

Look for :

noNeedForTerritory[] = 

In config.cpp in your mission PBO. You can add the classname there.

I guess this has now changed? I cant find noNeedForTerritory In my config.cpp. Has it moved or been removed completely? If its removed is it possible to add it somewhere so it would work?
