What is Exile Coded In? C++, Python, etc.

It's not programmed in any specific language, it's coded in the Arma 3 scripting engine. It's similar to c++ though.

How could I learn how to something similar? Learn C++? Study the scripting engine?

Yeah, if you learn c++, you would pick up how to script in the engine pretty easily.
