Drugs for shooting

Might be cool to have some extra drugs for improving stability while shooting. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to implement, but some drugs have been shown to improve shooting, such as:

Nootropics
Beta blockers

Diazepam

Piracetam

phenylpiracetam

klonipin
phenibut

It should be possible, as you can use the sway system, fatigue and stamina options to make your experience more shakey, and lower the values on the player upon use of these things for a limited period of time for example. 

But we need somebody to make the objects then
