RHS and CUP uniforms - can't wear from ground

Had this issue with RHS and having it now with CUP units. Basically you can only put the uniforms on while buying them. Can't swap from ground, body, container, or vehicle storage. 

Does not happen with TRYK or exile uniforms, arma uniforms, etc 

Is this a bug with these mods or something I can control?

i recently installed rhs and i cant equip any uniforms but the gorilla ones not tried from buying as not got them working in shop yet

Yeah. Only have been able to equipt from trader. Might have to take them out.

1. Put the RHS  Uniform on the ground

2. Put youre old uniform off

3. Click Take All

4. Profit

Am having a similar issue with RHS 0.4.0.1, when a player buys a uniform at the trader the uniform gets added to the inventory, but when they right-click it, it simply won't be worn. Does anyone have a fix for this?
