A very Slight Issue of Guns shooting but no impact.

Hi I have been working on my Exile server that's hosted by a hosting company but I seem to have come face to face with a demon!

 

The Issue:

The Issue started after we migrated to another machine from the same hosting company, Things where working perfectly before there move.

Basically when you shoot a gun on the server it seems like everything is fine, It spends the ammo and makes the bang but the bullets just are not impacting. I myself have stood in front of my friend while he opens up on me with his LMG. This is fun yes but I do believe its a slight problem.

Any help would be awesome as I have never seen this issue before and I'm lost...

Hmm This is something I have not faced on arma before, I just got this issue again and im shooting my friend in the face and hes doing the same back at point blank range and nothing happens there is also no bullet impact.. example... Shooting the floor normal leave an impact or kicks up some dust on my server it does nothing... I am however getting spammed in the rpt

The warning messages all list different weapons I added cup_weapons to the addon list and this rubbish still comes up and im wondering if its this causing the issue... The weird thing is even the normal ArmA3 guns stop working.

Bro you are so not alone! I have played on a few different servers now where shot after shot my rounds weren't hitting. Obviously the gun is zeroed to the correct range and at the time the weapon sway was under control.

It could certainly be mod related

Sounds like there has been tampered with eventhandlers, could you try your axe and see if it plays the animation or chop tree? That would narrow it down.

It's caused by a script or a mod you're using that's overwriting the eventhandlers from Exile, you need to remove stuff, 1 by 1 until you find what's causing it

Yeah I just removed some scripts I added recently, Igiload and Arm and Repair. With Igiload I have to go into the config.cpp and had to overwrite ExileClient_object_player_event_onEnterSafezon.sqf

It's not IgiLoad, I'm running that as well, it doesn't overwrite any eventhandlers of that kind. That I can confirm for you, same with R3F.
