I'm looking to start a server for my clan. Anyone have suggestions for a hosting service in the USA? I see that ViLayer is a sponsor but I have received some feedback regarding their customer service that was less than positive.

That was the complaint. Response times were not great. But thanks for he reply, I'm still in the discovery phase atm.

NFO servers hands down the best they have 24hr support and will reply to a ticket within 10 minutes.

I've been with VertHosting for 3 years, Ive been on Vilayer, HGB, OVH, and several other small companies and none can hold a candle to the support VertHosting offers. They even do custom scripting for a fee.
