After installing DMS, Spawned Cars are bugged

Hello, so DMS somehow bugged the server-spawned cars on the map by locking them when a player enters and freeze them.

the 'fix' is to remove dms.  the ?vemf? ai missions are just as good and do not put 'extra' bugs into the exile mod.

 

of course, one 'fix' is to reboot your server every hour as the bug is caused by the dms 'clean-up' sub which is run every 1-2 hours...

not much of a 'fix', BUT, it DOES work...
