My friend can't spawn he stuck in the ground

I made new server and when I connect it's works fine and for me spawn menu works fine

but when my friend is connecting he sees spawn menu for a second and then its gone and his camera just stuck in the ground. I can revive him with infistar admin tool and he spawns as normal but when he dies he cant spawn again. 

what could be the problem?

Run this on your database and let him try again.

DELETE FROM `player` WHERE damage = 1
