can someone please give me a copy of a fresh chernarus pbo file,im changing my map over and i dont have the MP mission file

Just rename Exile.Altis to Exile.Chernarus, that's a start.

Would it actually run it in the chernarus Map?

It would run, but you would need to move all trader ai (initPlayerLocal) trader buildings etc (initServer) and debug spawn location coordinates, spawn markers, trader markers etc (mission.sqm) to suit Chernarus
