Xm8 App / Tablet

The XM8 app - I have a player that when he pushes 6 it says he can't access the VR Garage (but it doesn't actually show the tablet with the G8 network, ect. ect. 

He does have the tablet I made sure of that, any other thing that might be blocking that

A wild guess seeing how the tablet does not show - Corrupt Exile client files.  A checksum/verify is NOT 100% accurate.  It is close, but not 100%.

Have him DELETE the client and download it from here.  This will ensure the files are not corrupt and that he has a 'valid' version of Exile.

And he did download it from here This is the link I gave him. He was looking at steamwork shop but the link I provided him was
