Huron Ammo And Fuel Packable?

I have placed a huron ammo and fuel at my specops. I need them to be usable for players, but need them not to be able to be packed and stolen.. Is that something that can be done?

Sorry corrected my own issue, wasn't the hurons, was an ammo crate i used for decoration players were stealing, had to switch it to a different item.
