Server Stuck on loading screen for Players

So I've used the search function on the forums and found people with the same problem as me. However, the fixes listed did not help fix my problem. My brand new server appears to be getting stuck on trying to register a player. Not sure if there are other issues but the server won't load for anyone and it will just stay stuck on the loading screen. RPT: https://pastebin.com/w8wSfrCx Thanks in advance for any help

Please tell me what scripts you installed.

 

Ive seen this in your rpt log:

Warning Message: You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.

Mostly comes from when you installed a Mod and used assets from it, then removed the mod wich is needed.

Yeah I just noticed that. Noobed out and used a Chernarus off the forum guess some dude used other mods.
