Adding a new Global Chat

Hey there!

I want to have a new Side Chat Channel for my Server. My Server is a PVE Exile one and people are using pretty often the side chat to trade items with each other. The idea is to create a new one called 'Trade Chat' or something like that. Is there a way of creating a new Global/Side Channel?
