error bambi creation timeout

Hello i just updated my Exile server to 1.4 thought ill try an  Chernarus  Server. and i was woundering if anyone haveing same problem as me i try to log on my server and im getting  error bambi creation timeout and kicked to arma 3  main screen...

C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server (VERSION HERE)\my.ini open with whatever, search for sql_mode="blah blah blah" change to just sql_mode="" if you have already done that, then maybe a database error.
