Reliable way to reserve slots?

Hi, I just wanted to ask if there's a good, reliable way to reserve admin slots on a server. I've read about BEC method but BEC seems to be discontinued and I've seen Monkeynutz's script but I don't like idea of randomly kicking people, seems to be infuriating. Is there a way to just cap the public server slots at 55 and leave last 5 for admins?

BattleMetrics can do this sort of but it wasn't working perfectly for me. Can't remember exactly what it was but it's worth taking a look at

I've been using https://armaremoteadmin.com/ and appears to work OK. Not sure what it's like for the client side of things.
