Rus Vehicles dont buy. code 13

hello i have rus vehicles on my server, done the config with traders, but it only shows the price ingame in the trader, and when u buy it u get code 13. i been lookin at the config.cpp for 4 hours now, and i cant see what is wrong. here is the config:

its installed correctly too with the key and stuff.

Error 3 means it has no class inside CfgExileArsenal. does it show the price as 0?

Sometimes i notice from a code 13, is a vehicle placement, so meaning that a vehicle is not safe to spawn in a location as there are other vehicles already in these safe locations.

Or if you are using the helipad script maybe thats not in a area suitable for a vehicle trader
