Add 3 Item to trader pls help

I would like to add 3 objects in the trander tools

Melee_Axe / Melee_SledgeHammmer and Knife 

could you show me concretely how to do it and not just tell me how to do it because I have already tried several methods without success

we can see the object in the store but the price is zero malgres that I set it on 1500
