[SOLVED] InfiStar #kicking admins

I was told to move my other post so here it is again.

So when my admins are connecting to the exile altis server everything runs fine until the do #login and use a tool. In the server console it says

 Successfull attempt to execute serverCommand '#kick 4' by server.  or  Successfull attempt to execute serverCommand '#kick 3' by server.

All i really put in were the uids and disabled the lag switch feature 

If it helps, i also disabled battleye, my passwords do match, just removed them.
