[SOLVED] Loading screen messages ..change ?

Where is the loading screen messages stored .. wanting to use server related startup screen messages

never mind .. its in the client side .. I saw someone mention changing them .. the I looked again , and realized they are using a custom modpack to achieve this  that the user has to download
