I've found subj problem on my server, and can't find any fixes. So sharing fix for it.

strange as I just tested without the fix and the fortification kit was removed just fine after upgrading....just saying..

About Exile Arma 3 Mod

It is the year 2039. After the resource depleting conflict in Greece, Europe suffers from a new deflation crisis, leading the crime rate to a new peak in history.
