Help with exile mod installation

Not sure if this is allowed here or not. I recently have gotten back into arma 3. Me and a few other youtubers made our own server to play with subs and other players. I am very new and dont know exactly how to install all of the mods we want. I am willing to pay $50 btc for help installing these mods. If you are interested let me know. Sorry once again I am new so if this is not allowed just let me know.
