I recommend that if you want to try to make a server put the time in to learn how to add your own scripts/addons. The reason for this is that when something breaks (and it will) you atleast have the knowledge on how to fix it yourself. Otherwise you will find yourself always paying for scripting services. There is nothing more rewarding than doing it yourself and learning is not that hard if you put some time into it. There are guides all over these forums and when all else fails ask the forum community for help.

However, if you seriously don't want to put the time in there are game server providers who install them for you for a "hefty" price.
