On both my dev and main Malden servers, when the infiStar anti-dupe dialog should pop up at the waste dump, the actual dialog is missing. The screen goes blurry, there's the infiStar label at the top of the screen, but the box with the cooldown timer is missing. It's working as far as the 2-min wait, but it's confusing to players.
I'm not seeing any RPT errors related to infiStar.
